1. The speed and efficiency of the service from the first call ie 111 to seeing the doctor was very impressive.
2. The doctor listened and responded responded appropriately.
Couldn't fault the service and no improvement necessary.

Always impressed with GP out of hours. Greta advice and quick service. always a smile and most professional.
111 however. Do not listen even when you say that you have a hearing loss. Talk over you!
